CHILD silenced Oprah is a thriller with strong political overtones which is located in Russia soivetică of 1953 as the agent of the secret police, Leo Demidov (Tom Hardy), loses its status, power and home when he refuses to denounce own wife, Raisa (Noomi Rapace) as treacherous. Exiles from Moscow to a post in the province, Leo and Raisa join forces with General Mikhail Nesterov (Gary Oldman), to track down a killer who only kills men. In their struggle for justice is facing a major cover-up from within the system, whose representative is the psychopath’s rival Leo, Vasili (Joel Kinnaman), the report insists that “In Paradise there is no crime.”
