Morteza Sudabeh acclaimed documentary director launches her movie debut with this drama artistic about refugees in Vienna. The story follows the life of a child 11 years old Chechen, called Ramasan, who lives with his mother after his father died in battle. When a former soldier who fought with his father, appears in his life, Ramasan can not but wonder how it was his father he barely knew him.
Ramasan has a lot of responsibilities for a 11 year old boy. In traditional Chechen society, it is now considered the man of the house, dealing with the mother and his two younger sisters. His world is now centered in Macondo, a neighborhood ethnic rough, the industrial suburbs of Vienna.
