In December 1944, Russian soldiers concentrate women in a village south of the Danube. I tell them I’m going to work for three weeks. Iren, the young sword, goes to the unknown. After a heavy train ride they reach one of the Donetsk Basin camps. The Swabians are treated as war criminals, being blamed for the atrocities committed by the German soldiers. Rajmund, another prisoner, is attracted to Iren, who is physically and spiritually destroyed, and he saves his life. Between man and woman there is a special relationship, with its own rules, just like survival. But at what price can man survive in hell?
