Salmon Fishing in the Yemen

The film tells the story of Fred Jones (Ewan McGregor), a scientist specializing in fish that has a marriage without love and whose world is completely bewildered when it is tasked to oversee a project which he believes is the right ridiculous: introducing salmon in Yemen aridele valleys. The behind this madness is precisely Sheikh Yemen (Amr Waked) who is fond of angling you practice on his property in Scotland and thinks he can take his hobby back home, hoping that this will bring peace and quiet in a territory shaken by internal conflicts.
