Christian is a respected curator of a contemporary art museum. Divorced but devoted father of two children, driving an electric car and supporting noble causes. Its exhibition, The Square, is a facility that invites passers-by to meditate on altruism and the responsibility they have as human beings. Sometimes, however, it is difficult to live up to your own principles: Christian’s stupid answer to the theft of his phone throws him into a series of embarrassing situations. Meanwhile, the PR agency of the museum creates an unexpected campaign for The Square. Feedback is overwhelming and throws both Christian and the museum into an existential crisis.
