Paul Rudd (Role Models, I Love You, Man) and Jennifer Aniston (Horrible Bosses, The Break-Up) are the protagonists of the comedy world in the head, directed by David Wain (Role Models), whose producer is Judd Apatow (Knocked up) about a couple who leaves the stress of the metropolis to join a hippie community where the only rule is to be yourself.
George (Rudd) and Linda (Aniston) are a couple very stressed out Manhattan, the two carrying a lifestyle far above possibilities. After George loses his job and Linda sees again refused the project of his documentary too depressing, the two no longer have only one option: to move to Atlanta to live with Rick (KEN MARINO, Role Models, The Ten), cad’s brother George and his wife permanently queer, Marisa (Michalic WATKINS, New Girl, Saturday Night Live) in Atlanta. Just a few months until they will be put back on its feet …
But on the way, the two stumble upon Elysium, a community idyllic populated by eccentric characters, and Carvin (Alan Alda, The Aviator), the group’s founder, Seth (Justin Theroux, Zoolander), the alpha male of the group, Eva (MALIN AKERMAN, the Proposal), beautiful uninhibited sexual Wayne (JOE LO Truglio, Role Models), nudist convinced, Kathy (KERRI KENNEY-SILVER, Role Models), who does not know what are the limits, Karen (Kathryn Hahn, Anchorman: the Legend of Ron Burgundy), former porn starlet deserted husband and depression. All these crackpots have a totally different vision of life. Money? I can not buy happiness. Careers? Who needs them? Clothes? Unless you really want.
