A remake of the 1941 animated film based on the famous book of writers Helen Aberson and Harold Pearl, the film follows the extraordinary adventures of Dumbo, an unusual elephant.
Holt Farrier, a war veteran and former circus star, finds his life turned upside down when he returns from the war. Circus owner Max Medici invites Holt and his children, Milly and Joe, to take care of a newborn elephant whose oversized ears are subject to ridicule in a tumultuous circus. But when they discover that Dumbo can fly, the circus has an incredible comeback, attracting persuasive entrepreneur V.A. Vandevere, who recruits the special elephant for the newest entertainment show, Dreamland. Dumbo reaches new heights alongside the charming and spectacular artist Colette Marchant until Holt finds out that under his shining polish Dreamland is full of dark secrets.
