In Alice Waddington’s debut film, a young rebel named Uma (Emma Roberts) wakes up one morning in Paradise Hills, a luxury treatment clinic on an isolated Mediterranean island, run by Duchess (Mila Jovovich), where the wealthy families sent their daughters to be transformed into their best version.

Through an individualized treatment that includes hours of etiquette, voice lessons, beauty treatments, gymnastics and strict diets, all shortcomings are overcome in two months, and the transformation is guaranteed.

Uma finds some comfort in her friendship with other Paradise Hills residents, Chloe (Danielle McDonald), Yu (Awkwafina) pop star Amarna (Eiza Gonzalez), but she will quickly discover that behind this luxury is a sinister secret. A counter-clock race begins for Uma and her friends to escape from Paradise Hills before the place swallows them alive.
